THE HOSPICE TEAM
Our staff insures the primary goals of hospice care - comfort and quality of life. Hospice care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals trained to assist with physical, emotional, social, spiritual and practical issues of your loved one and family, as well as their associated expectations, needs, hopes and fears.

THE HOSPICE TEAM
Hospice care is provided through an interdisciplinary, medically directed team. This team approach to care for a person with a life limiting illness typically includes a PHYSICIAN, a NURSE, a HOME HEALTH AIDE, a SOCIAL WORKER, a CHAPLAIN and a VOLUNTEER.

Hospice works together as a team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patients and families in our care. You and the patient's physician are also part of this team. We want to be sensitive to the wide variety of needs that may develop during the time we are involved with the your loved one and their families.
